I cannot wait to get rid of CELL ONE customer service sucks I pay too much for my plan and in most cases people who have out of state phones work better than mine... I wouldn't mind deploying for 18 months to get out of this contract!

Loved having cingular... UNTIL they cancelled my contract... .which really makes me mad. I called them when we got here... asked for a local number, of course they couldn't accomodate me there... NEVER mentioned if I did not make at least 50% of my calls from the area in which we set up the plan (Northern California)..they would CANCEL the phones. SO, now I am stuck with 2 phones, that can not be unlocked (because they're previous AT&T phones). We had great reception... bouncing off of Cellular One towers, but... does not matter now... .now we need a new carrier AND new phones!
