AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V220	Dead spots all in all directions from 4-way stop in Plantersville / Alpine, AL. Can visually see two towers on Renfroe mountain but reception is still poor. Just received new V220. Audio is very poor. Volume is low and cannot be increased. Cannot see phoone list due to the screen being sensitive to light, much like a computer screen that fades out when too much light is on it. Must cup hand to block out light to see list. Have spent hours (yes, actual HOURS) within the past three days trying to get the phone replaced. Very, very poor customer service. Wait time to talk with service representative(s) in excess of 30 minutes, and then told repeatedly that it was not their area and was transferred many more times and therefore had to hold additional 30-40 minutes to talk with someone who would again transfer me. VERY FRUSTRATING!
