I have been experiencing bad service in recent months. I usually have to move to the yard and hunt for a stronger signal before making a call. It is not unusual to have the call drop several times before I complete my call. I am looking for a better service to use once my contract is finished.

I've been a Cingular customer for years and my wife and I both have contracts. Verizon recently built a tower 1 / 2 mile from here and the reception is outstanding. Cingular personnel told me that they partner with other carriers for tower service. I wonder..can they not make some sort of deal with Verizon on this tower? There are literally thousands of weekend visitors in this area. Many of us are moving to Verizon if Cingular refuses to provide service.
