We just aquired the phone and the signal reception is terrible. Both phone's crackle and the voice cuts in and out. We previously used the LG Chocolate touch and didn't have this problem.

Constantly dropped calls. Complained to local Verizon; "You're the first one that has complained, must be your phone" BS!

works good around cullman in general,in or out of buildings,this cell has the pull out antena and picks up better than the fixed ant phones we found anywhere,made a big difference in reception and no more droped calls.
