Very poor reception in Southeast Decatur and Burnigntree Mountain area. I can open the phone and it will show 4 bars and within 3 seconds it will drop to zero bars. Totally unsatisfactory repsonse from Cingular.

Between Poor and no reception at all on their new "GSM" network. Their service is terrible. To cancel service they charged me a whopping $220.00 fee. What else could I do? Their customer service is terrible as well. This fee should have been waived.

No Reception in the House. Many Times I have no reception outside the house pointing at the towers at Interstate 65. I changes the phone to use a Corr tower with worst results. T-Mobile may be using the Corr tower. They want $200.00 to cancel my two year agreement brcause I was 1 week later they the 10 day "buyer remorse period of 10 days". Go figure. I call to T-Mobile with no help at all.

I have no problem with my T Mobile reception. I have had T Mobile for almost 10 years now (before they were T Mobile). They have great customer service also.

I live in Decatur and travel to other states frequently-Verizon is the best carrier overall that I have had. I previously had Cingular and had many problems with service (none) and customer service (poor).
