Reception in and around Enterprise has been great since they added 3G earlier this year. I even get coverage at my house which is out in the country.

Easily the worst network in this area. I often literally have to wander around the house repeatedly resending a text that failed to send. I have NEVER been able to send / receive so much as a picture message at home as this is practically a dead zone in the Edge network. And 3G? Nearest 3G coverage is 80 miles away in Montgomery. Edge network coverage is okay on the North side of the 84 bypass (though still sometimes not strong enough to send an MMS). Near the NE and East side of bypass is better, but Edge coverage is spotty everywhere else in town. Go with Verizon. My friends have 3G even at my house and everywhere else in town, and always seem to have at least 3 bars even when I have zero.

ATT has terrible reception in Enterprise. What a pitiful way to operate. Poor Data transmission. They should be ashamed to offer that level of poor service. Never again will I deal with ATT.

Reception is horrible around Enterprise AL and Fort Rucker. I rarely have service in my own house, and at times, the phone will go from 4 bars down to no-service for several minutes. Don't give AT&T a dime of your money, unless you're in a very major city. The only thing that works here is Verizon.

1 to no bars in my home, 3 to 4 around Enterprise. 3 to 4 around Ft. Rucker Garrison, 1 to none anywhere else on Ft. Rucker. HWY 84 Enterprise to Dothan, I lose all coverage in certain spots. 3 to 4 until I get to Dothan. AND NO 3G ANYWHERE AROUND HERE!

We've lived here for almost 2 years now and use our cells exclusively (no land line). Service is good in surrounding areas of town. Only time we've had a problem is in very rural areas. At home, we almost always have anywhere from 3-5 bars.

What is this the stone age. $50 a month to talk to no one. I know that there are restrictions for towers here but I do see water towers. Back home we strap cell recievers to them. More bang for the buck.

North of Ft Rucker the coverage becomes intermittent. On Cairns AAF the coverage is intermittent. From Brundage to Tuskegee absolutely no coverage. From hwy 52 east to Albany GA, absolutely no coverage. These gaps have been in existence for over a year. You'd think merging with ATT would have IMPROVED service and coverage. What crap
