Extremely poor service from AT&T here. But this seems to be the norm for AT&T now. Everywhere I've gone in the last couple of years has been difficult to get acceptable AT&T coverage, even in large metropolitan cities. I'm changing to "something" else immediately. I'm tired of it. Any suggestions appreciated. It's looking like the Net10 (whatever that is!) from WalMart is the only thing getting positive ratings.

I'm three blocks from the bay and get horrible reception. It drops calls all the time. I went to the Verizon office today and they reset my roaming configurations. Total BS. It did nothing.

No signal on 181 or 33 or 48 west of 181. Is this the best they can do?

I always have to go outside for any call. Although I like the Iphone for other purposes, it sucks as a telephone. I'm considering an Altel flip Motorola (previously Owned) which gave me perfect service in my house and elsewhere.

In my home, I usually have 1 bar or less; however, I almost always can place a call and rarely get dropped calls. Also, I usually do not have reception problems with people being unable to hear me. When I drive towards the bay from downtown Fairhope, my calls are ALWAYS dropped. When I am standing on the sand at the pier, I can usually get a call through. Overall, Verizon is better than other services that I have used.

Very poor to no reception from inside my home; lots of dropped calls. Get tired of the back-and-forth "Can you hear me now?" every time I use my cellphone. Signal improves somewhat if I go outside and face north from my front yard, but even that is, at the most, two bars. Do we need and will we get another tower for this area or is my home forever trapped in cellphone hell????

One bar SOMETIMES. In-coming calls giving callers message that there is no such number 4 out of 5 calls; other 20% alternate between going to voice mail without notifying me, sometimes for several hours, to a week connection.

Phone service 90% of the time will cut out on the bayway as to switch towers. Can't hold a solid connection. The same way it used to do in the tunnel. Now can hold through tunnel.

Very poor coverage at my condo. I have to walk up to the street in order not to get a call dropped.
