AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Rugby II	I live one quarter mile east of the Luverne City Limits, even though I have a Goshen address. We have little or no tower signal, many dropped calls, and poor service in general. Since Verizon and subsequently AT&T acquired Alltell the service has been substandard. We got screwed in this transaction. Several complaints to customer service have been unsatisfactory. The Alltell customers living east of us remained with Verizon and got superior service for the same money, while our service diminished. Joe Franklin 355 N Franklin Rd. Goshen, AL
