From the intersection of Hwy. 13 and Hwy. 93 I get poor and very soon no reception heading West toward Green Pond. It finally picks up on the other side of Green Pond around Hwy. 11.

I use T-Mobile. Have for 5 years. I get 3 bars or better from I-459 (exit 6) all the way down Morgan Rd.(hwy 52) into Helena at the Morgan Rd.and Hwy. 261 intersection. Plus I get a 3 bar or better from that intersection all the way down Hwy. 261 to Hwy. 31 in Pelham.

I always lose calls when driving down 52 from 459 to South Shades Crest and get no reception until you get to 261.

Constantly getting dropped calls (at least 1 per day) Call failed msg happens often and there are times when I can't call for up to 30 min from an area that I normally have coverage from. Reported this to cust svc and they said they were "integrating" several towers in the area. I would be OK with that explanation except this has been happening for over a year now. Goodbye Cingular!

Spotty reception from Hwy. 52 from I-459 to Helena. No reception on Hwy. 52 at S. Shades Crest Rd to Co. Rd. 13. Spotty to no reception on Co. Rd. 13 (depending on weather conditions). Loses the network signal (phone doesn't even say Cingular) on Co. Rd. 13. No reception in my house or most areas outside house whic his off Co. Rd. 13. Spotty reception throughout Helena, So. Shades Crest Rd. and I-459 between Exits 6 and 10 (Hoover and Helena). Almost all calls are dropped after a few minutes - wherein the signal bar will go from full to none, drop the call, and then return to full.
