I have been an ATT customer for ten years and never had a problem until my phone died for good and I was stupid enough to select a "android phone" to replace it! Worst thing I could have done! there is barely 2.5G service with it and I am unable to upload pictures to facebook or send them in texts! dropped calls, horrendous lags in texting times, and the best oart is I get to pay an extra THIRTY dollars a month because I have a smart phone, not the regular phones the rest of my family uses! I am fed up!

Full bars and data so slow it makes the phone almost unusable. I've been an AT&T customer for years and I'm at my wits end with these guys. They always say 3G in a few months, just about ready to roll out with it. Same song and dance for the entire time. I'll say this: they sure don't have a problem charging full price for sub-par service. If your thinking of getting an iPhone / smart phone and you live in east Alabama, DO NOT WASTE your money. The phone is a great device but the service is horrible.
