	Even though Sprint is my carrier, I was never told that there was no coverage in the 36549 zip code area. I've had Sprint service for four years with the simply everything plan.Dropped calls we're very frequent. I bought the iPhone 4s in Dec 2011 with the $110.00 month "unlimited everything" plan. I''ve called Sprint several times about the problem. I called and complained about the dropped calls and not receiving e-mails and voice mail. I was told I was in an area with no Sprint service. I asked for a monthly discount. They said all they could do was to change my plan (absolutely crazy). I asked that my contract without an early termination fee. They said I could terminate without penalty, but I had to return my phone. They know my phone is on constant roam. I got a call from them this week saying that they would waive my early termination fee and I could keep my phone. Today I got letter saying I was in violation of the terms and conditions by consistently exceeding the roaming limits per month and they can terminate my service. I called the customer service number and they said to turn voice roaming off! When I turn voice roaming off, I can't send or receive calls. The bottom line is, Sprint is haveing BIG problems with their towers in this area. If you are haveing problems with Sprint, call them and tell them you want to terminate your contract with no early termination fee!
