	maybe one bar in house, go outside and will either get 1 bar sometimes 2, it changes all the time. but never to the better

	I consistently get dropped calls in certain spots on Hwy12 (Butler Road) between 17 and 119 and on Fulton Gap Rd.between 119 and 31. There are several dead spots between Alabaster and Calera on I65. The only good thing I can say is that at least the drops are pretty predictable. I usually have good reception at home (off 12, Grande View), but recently have had periods where I went from five bars to no bars without moving from the chair I was in. Had Verizon when I lived in Massachusetts - never had a complaint and can't remember ever having a dropped call. Cingular does have better plans, though.
