I have complained to Straight Talk on several occasions... got nowhere.

Sitting in my house I get 1 to 0 bars. Funny thing is that without moving the phone I will get a flash of 3 bars and then in a second or two I will get no bars again. Outside yields the same results. Majority of the time it is 1 bar IF the phone is static. Once it is in use it will either be no bars and drops the call or 1 bar and poor voice quality. Data, forget about it. There is no data here even though T-Mobile said there is. I have dial-up compared to high-speed for my co-workers.

4th week---no bars!! no calls- in or out!!

Reception has alwas been poor in my home. Over the past few months, the problem has worsened dramitically. I used to have to go outdoors to get reception, but now I cannot get reception outdoors. In addition, I am employed at the Univ. of So. AL, with no reception indoors.

Up until the last few weeks, I have had no issues with reception. I could talk on my phone anywhere in my house. Two or three weeks ago, my phone started showing "Emergency Only" most of the time. I called AT&T and they installed a new SIM card in my phone. Unfortunately, this did not correct the problem. Now I have to go outside to use the phone most times. Inside it will revert to either "Emergency Only" or "No Service". Even outside I can only get one bar. There is a tower a few miles away and according to the tower map, it is an AT&T tower. I don't understand this and I am seriously thinking of changing carriers.

VM's coverage is pretty bad with this phone! They use Sprint towers, but thats not saying much. Ive read that their other Androids get better signals, but I havent tried them. I get 1x coverage waaay more than 3g; thus I connect to wifi a lot. I think Im going back to my myTouch 4g even though I HATE T-Mobile.

I get the poorest reception that I have ever seen in my history of cell phones. I have been a user since the bag phone days (1990) and I have never had so much problems trying to use a cell phone in my home. I just might be able to talk if I go to the kitchen window and lean close to the window and dare not move my head. Most of my incoming calls go straight to voice mail, the phone never rings. I just happen to look at it and see that there is a missed call. I wanted to check and see how far my location was from a AT&T tower. I'm very ready to give my smart phone back to whoever will take it.

Reception has always been poor. Data transfer mostly on EDGE not 3G. 4G? Not for years! Only get an average of 2 bars at either company store on Schillenger Rd or Beltline Hwy. Definately going with Verison at next contract renewal. Tired of AT&T lies and deception.

I'm in the middle of 3 towers, and it seems that the 2 towers I use are both at the bottom of hills making reception difficult indoors. No 3G yet on my Wife's phone, mine doesn't matter (iPhone). Would be nice to have service that matched the phone! Out at work (North Mobile County) have GPRS after Saraland. Come on TMO, get with the program!

Ok coverage; not great though. We dont have 4g here in Mobile, but they didnt tell me that we were still stuck with Edge! (Thats 2g!) With the AT&T buyout coming up I am taking my business elsewhere.

T-Mobile has very spotty voice coverage in Mobile, some places I'll have full bars, some places I'll loose signal all together. And as far as data coverage goes, I pay for 3g, and get edge. If your looking for a carrier and data speed is important to you, don't go with T-Mobile, you will be disappointed

Always drops call as I am crossing this intersection along with Dauphin St. headed towards McGregor (maybe because it's close to a hospital, who knows). But it has always I repeat ALWAYS drops on Airport and University

Within a mile any direction of the I-65 / I-10 connector calls drop every time. Other areas also, but this is the worst.

I constantly have dropped calls. I even sent my phone back to Apple. I am so about to change phone companies!

Despite being 0.3 miles from Airport boulevard in the heart of Mobile, our street has virtually no Verizon (or AT&T) coverage. Have called Verizon multiple times with no help from them. Had to get a signal booster with mixed results

Excellent carrier, excellent reception, excellent customer service.

ATT use to be better. Cell reception has become much worse in the last 6 months. Thinking about switching. Been with ATT / Cingular for 8 years. I have had it with the reception here in Mobile. Most dropped calls ever experienced.
