I have a Nokia 3390. I haven't been able to make any calls for 2 days now. It's totally frustrating, especially when you call the provider and they cannot help you! I even purchased a new sim card and I still have no reception. I may as well buy a brand new phone.

Please hold while the Nextel customer your are trying to reach is located. Dropped call before they are made. Very lousy service. Merger with Sprint has NOT helped.

Verizon has launched 4G LTE in our area! To the comment below, that is why the service was bad for a little bit because they were working on the towers. The service is better then ever now! Speed test on my phone show an average of 18Mbps d / l and 8Mbps u / l and as high as 45Mbps d / l and 28Mbps u / l!

With previous non-iPhone, AT and T coverage was great. With iPhone 3GS, outside reception is good, but inside averages 3 bars with occasional drops to no bars and lost calls. Though the problem is infrequent, I got rid of my landline and use my cell for all calls, so it is a significant problem. Apparently this is more of an iPhone antennae problem.

My BB curve works great except when I'm in montgomery. What I mean is I have no 3G signal! I travel a lot for work, and I have no problems getting a 3G signal. As soon as I get to Montgomery, its gone. Can't understand why. Had several BB curve owners lend advice, with no prevail. Don't want to change service, just want a 3G signal when at home. Because the coverage map said I could!

I switch my business over to Verizon and the service is great. We all have BlackBerry Tours or Storms. AT&T was becoming crap and had horrible rural coverage. Verizon has fast high speed 3G all over the place. Very happy with the switch!

Signal is good, but the reception quality is poor, that is when you don't get a System Busy.

Signal is often lost indoors. Especially in the BX or Commissary. Seems to work outdoors, but quality still isn't great. My guess is the phone is the problem. My husband has a Motorola Rokr and has great quality and signal.

Great reception on roads and highways. Only 1 or 2 bars in doors if any. Very annoying.
