	I agree with a statement of another: refunds on service should be offered as the tower work seems to be forever delayed. 4 months the story gets a little old. Fair at this point is 100% of failed useage, which would cut to 50% of the bill And / or release of contract is a fair opition because you can not provide the service offered.

	The reception is poor to nonexistent over most of Pell City. Inside a building? Fuggettaboutit!

	Reception is very poor around Pine Harbor for Cingular and Nextel. Reception is virtually non-existant indoors.
