AT&T 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Blackberry / Razor	There is no reception or cell towers on Co Rd 23 also known as Ararat Rd.in Toxey AL. Would like to have cell towers placed on this road because if the land lines go out, no one will have any way of calling any one in the event of an emergency.
