	Rating is Poor to No Reception. Reception here has always been irregular, however, until the beginning of October 2010 I was able to receive or send calls on my phone. Of course, I would have to continue the conversation by going outside. Lately, incoming calls go directly to voicemail and I do not get notified of messages for hours even days. I continually get a No Network signal when attempting to place calls. Paying for International services plus higher minutes is costly and for not being able to use these services is causing me to seriously look for any cell phone carrier that can deliver. I don't want to listen to music, take pictures, read books, I just want a cell phone that I can make and receive calls and hear the person on the other end. Help!
