Used to be a pretty good reception in city limits, but has gotten poor. Zero reception on hwy 11 going towards Woodstock,al from Vance

We changed from cable internet to the MiFi so we could take it with us when we travel and committed to a two-year contract. We get from 3 to 5 bars most of the time. In spite of this it is impossibly slow. We did try it out during the 2 week try-out period and thought it did okay. Tried it out in Kansas (35 miles south of K.C.) and at our river place on Brush Creek in Hale County. It is much faster in Hale County than in Vance. Now that this is all we have, we have found out that it is extremely slow. Just opening a YouTube video is extremely slow. Trying to open an attachment in Gmail takes forever. We used our limit of 5 in two weeks. We are optimistic that it will be much faster when the area gets 4G. In the meantime I have to take my computer in to town where I can connect in a business, etc.
