	Service is ok. It was better when I had verizon. I had to switch to AT&T to get the iPhone. Now that Verizon has iPhone I will most likely switch back when my contract is up.

	Currently using air card for broadband internet, pulling in signal from Saratoga Tower approx 5 miles away. I use an amplifier and omni antenna to pull in signal through the trees. Approx 1 MB download speed. Verizon (used to be Alltel) is going to start a new tower close the Hwy. 317 and Country Club in fall of 2009. I gave up on cell signal - unless you have an amplifier !

	Just found out that there are plans to add a tower to the Millwood Lake area late this summer. Alltel is looking for a good tower site now. This will eliminate the no or low signal around the entire Millwood lake proximity. So all who read this, stay with Alltel or switch to them. They look like the only company who cares about fixing this signal problem. Customer service is great too. Not had this kind of customer appreciation in a long, long time. Way to go Alltel. Looking forward to my phone signal coming back when on the lake now.

	Alltel is installing towers in residential areas serving less than 250 people and we are over 1000 strong and can't get a tower in our area. The whole area outside of Ashdown Arkansas is nothing but an Analog signal only or none at all. Who ever is in charge of locating new areas for towers needs to do more reseach!

	Reception was good until the last two months. The signal weakened for some reason. Wished I had another cell phone provider.

	The cell service at Yarborough landing is terrible not only for Alltel customers but most other carriers as well. Tthere are several accidents on the lake in this area and in an emergency, cell service needs to be available. You either have to drive into Ashdown or Hope to receive a decent signal. Alltel needs to place a tower in this proximity to improve the service signal and reduce the churn rate.
