	I am so pleased with Alltel service in my rural area. They provide EXCELLENT reception. The customer service is also TOP OF THE LINE. I used another service for a while and would not go back to any other service. It is time to upgrade my phone but I heard that this OLD one I have is one of the very best for rural reception. I can even talk on it while in Wal-Mart in Clinton. My kids have other models and you cannot talk in the store.

	I am getting 2 or 3 bars but none are strong enough to send or receive calls or texts. They say a tower is not working and was to have been fixed on Friday but was not. I have no phone service here and my only outlet is the computer.

	Up until around August 10, 2009, we got excellent service. Now we are barely getting any service at all. If you find a spot with one or two bars you must stand perfectly still to make or receive the call or you will get dropped. We have had this service for 3 years with no problems until now.
