Alltel 3 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola E815	i can not sent text messages right now. all I can do is recieve them. when I open my phone to the main screen on the top by the bars it says in the digital signal box, "EV". I do not know what that is but when I called the Alltel place they told me that it should be on dialog. its not and I just dont understand why it wouldnt be. I just got this phone and just got it activated this morning. I dont have a users guide or anything like that for it so I really need to know what it is and why it says that. thank you.
