AT&T has good coverage in Little Rock. There is one location in NLR, where a call always drops when passing through, with that being the transition from I-40 to 67 / 167 to Jacksonville. Every phone I've owned while an AT&T customer has dropped the call when passing through that area.

Over the summer our coverage ranges between 2 bars and no service. All our ATT phones are affected. Dropped calls, missed calls that don't show up and "unavailable" voicemail messages. AT&T is not helpful at all.

I moved here from Houston where my service worked perfect, but since I been here in Little Rock I really dislike my service. T-Mobile sucks in LR. I drop phone calls everyday. I am switching to Verizon or maybe ATT, I dont suggest T-Mobile for anybody in Little Rock unless you like having dropped calls everyday.

I have no service with Sprint. Every time I place a call it says "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, you call can not be completed as dialed. Please hang up and try again." I hate Sprint. My family has Verizon and love it. I will be looking into them.

AT&T has horrible service in Arkansas.

My Verizon service is great. Remember you need to do *228 option 2 to get any new updates from towers or you can be left with no service. If ti still doesn't help, call tech support and they will send a code to your phone which will help. You can only call, you cant go to the store to get it.

I live 10 miles due south of downtown Little Rock. Our signal strength is poor. We have cellphones and wireless access card. Cell phones can have up to 20 dropped calls a day! Internet constantly switches between HSDPA and EDGE, with occasional drops. AT&T sort of admitted that the iPhone sales has diminished network performance, see DSL Reports story "AT&T (Sort Of) Admits To iPhone Network Strain"

I get great reception thoughout near West Little Rock.

At least Alltel can tell me that they don't have a perfect signal where I live. AT&T and Verizon both show excellent coverage, when you can't even make a call. Alltel is so much better, I really hope the Verizon deal does not go through.

I usually have all 5 signal bars, everywhere in my house. Great coverage in my entire surrounding area.

4 Alltel phones in my house and 2 next door and every one has the same issue. Horrible reception and dropped calls. sometimes improves if we go outside in the backyard but who wants to have to do that! Going to attempt to have them release us from our contract.

Always perfect reception on my phone in the Hights area. Very very few dropped calls around town. Best service in AR. Text messaging overseas not so good though...

Sprint in the Ferndale area is 0-1 bar quality. The reception is good in most of LR (except Cantrell Hill) but falls to near nothing west of intersection of Denny Rd.and Kanis. Don't know about Chenal area.

Excellent service coverage in this area.

Usually get 1-2 bars in my house, sometimes no reception and call is dropped. I cancelled wireless internet service with Sprint because of no reception. Customer service personnel are nice but unbelievably lengthy and usually cut off the call by accident. I have literally spent hours trying to resolve problems with my plan, erroneous charges etc. Time is money so Sprint is not worth it!

Bars of signal went down shortly after AT&T merged with Cingular. Alltel has solid service at this location.

Usually one bar if any. Have to go outside house to make most calls, then most fail or drop.

I get 1 or 2 bars. Voice connection unintelligible and 99% calls drop.

Alltel Headquarters, the reception is perfect (it better be ;))
