Horrible reception. No reception in home or work. Changed immediately within 15 days to new carrier. Wonder how people stay with TMobile. Just for perks. What is the use of Perks if you don't get reception of any kind.

My phone constantly says no internet service. Calls are dropped. When I do get a call through on my cell phone, the people can’t understand me because service constantly cuts in and out. I don’t have a land line so this is the only communication I have. If I go in my kitchen, stand up against my window, usually I can get a call through and get on the Internet but that isn’t guaranteed! I was told by Verizon I could get service at my address, they failed to tell me it would be poor service!

Call drop, Internet very, very, very slow with hotspot. Many times not connected to Internet will pop up on phone. People call us but phone won’t ring so we don’t know they called except if they leave voicemail. TERRIBLE

T-Mobile reception in AR is awful. They shiuld do something to improve their service. I wood rate it very very poor reception.

T-Mobile is horrible with Drop calls, no calls, all calls are not even ringing inside building due to poor reception. No internet, 4G or 3G or 2G. Simply blank inside building. Switch over for $20 extra to Verizon and now peaceful.

T-Mobile is horrible in LR and Surroundings. No reception, No call in office buildings or inside home. Even outside also, call drops like anything. I was with them 14 days, moved back to Verizon after getting a bargain of $600 credit for 3 lines and only $20 extra for 3 lines. Peaceful with Verizon, can make calls / browse in 4G LTE in home or Office. Never Go back to T-Mobile or any other carrier in Little Rock.

My wife and I used to be on different carriers, from brand loyalty. Recently, she converted to Verizon, and has used an LG G3 for the last year; I've been using a Galaxy S5 is about a year and a half old. We have had no service or signal issues, even travelling. We have higher phone bills than some of our friends, but we don't drop calls or lose Spotify connection, while driving down the freeway. I'm happy with everything but the cost.

On average 1 bar of signal. I have to move around the house in order to find the right spot to make a call. Data service is super slow to none at all. Moving around town I find that service is low in general and average to good is some areas.

There are times when someone tries to call me and my calls are routed to someone else. This is particularly troublesome because I use my phone for business. I have been with T-Mobile for 12 years. I want to give them the benifit of the doubt but this is costing me and they are not doing anything to compensate me.
