some dead spots in my house but overall - WONDERFUL. they have free roaming so even though Dover is digital roam - there is no extra charge. Superior customer service over Cingular.

Terrible coverage here with Alltel. If your lucky you can talk for longer then a minute without dropping a call. Sprint service used to be bad but now stays around two to three bars. Cingular service is anywhere from two to five bars.

I was with AT&T Wireless when I first moved to AR, but then Cingular picked them up. Immediately dead spots I had going home on rt 331 north from Russellville became active. I used to have to pull off at a small church on the way home due to a lack of reception beyond it all the way to and including my home. Now I have good reception everywhere, inside or outside. For a short while, we were something called NEAT Wireless (Cingular was prevented from covering our area for monopoly reasons). Then "reason" prevailed and now we are full-time Cingular and happy to be so. I travel up north a lot and my coverage on those trips is also pretty solid. And being on the GSM plan means no roaming charges anywhere. They even upgraded me to a cameraphone free! So far so good with Cingular.

Cingular gives excellent reception in my area. I rarely ever have any problems.
