Service for Cingular in and around the Warren area is excellent. I almost always have 4-5 bars of signal strength.

The Alltel tower in Warren is way off-center and signal weakens to almost nothing before you exit town on the east side. There is little to no reception in Wilmar and continues until you arrive at Monticello. Even though the Alltel website shows most of southeast Arkansas to be in "Blue", it is clearly not a good representation. There are plenty of Cingular customers here to always have better reception than me and I will switch to Cingular soon, despite everything I read saying Alltel is superior in reception and customer service. At least the Cingular website shows EXCATLY were coverage exists, which makes me more inclined to trust its coverage map.
