Alltel 3 Out of 5	The new tower Alltel / Verizon has east of Wynne, west of Parkin makes a good signal all the way up 163. In Wynne itself, Alltel has 5 bars in most of the city. And to the guy that said Alltel doesn't care, Alltel has the best customer service around. AT&T's more bars in more places ads actually mean worldwide, not in America, and especially not in East Arkansas

Alltel 1 Out of 5	Location is top of Crowley's Ridge. Only one bar on a good day. Very stressful.

Alltel 0 Out of 5	The east side of Crowley's Ridge is a dead spot for all carriers in Cross County. I live in Levesque which is 5 miles east of Wynne and there is no signal at all until you go east of the St. Francis River bay. All the way north on HWY 163 at least to Bay Village there is no signal.
