Ever since we moved from out of state to Avondale, AZ the signal strength sucks it stays on 1 bar and the most 2 bars, failed calls and internet problems. I know it's not my phone because it happens on my husband's phone. I called T-Mobile about the problem several times and still have 1 bar with dropped calls. They told me maybe the problem is too many pictures on my phone which I cleared and it worked normal for a while but it started to delete text on it's own and drop calls again. Don't know what to do.

Sprint is the worst cell provider I have ever signed with. The customer support is all conducted in India it would seem and I am lucky if my phone stays alive for an entire day no matter the amount of use. When I had Alltel I didn't even know what a 'dropped call' was. Sprint reminds me every day.

Excellent reception with T-Mobile throughout the valley. Use a Cingular plan for work and the results are far worse (dropped calls, many dead spots, inability to Cingular service indoors, etc.). The V360 is a great value for the dollar with the MP3 player a nice bonus for the business traveler. Unable to give T-Mobile 5 out of 5 stars due to their customer service, however. Have been on hold for up to an hour during peak calling times. And then get transferred around from operator to operator having to describe the same issue 4 or 5 times before reaching someone technical to assist.

I have not been pleased with any cell service in the far West Valley. Verizon, T-mobile, AT&T / Cingular all have poor coverage. I dropped Verizon because after 5 years as a loyal customer they couldn't offer me the same deal they made available to a new customer. T-Mobile didn't have good coverage in the central states when I traveled on business, AT&T provided two new V220's and cheaper monthly charges and only required a 1 year contract. Service went in the toilet however, when they became Cingular. I spent 10 days in Mesa last month and had five bars the whole time. Unfortunately, I frequent the restaurants near I10 and Dysart in Goodyear and when there I am lucky to get even one bar especially indoors. My Mother-in-Law still has Verizon and when we are inside Arrowhead Mall at 95th Ave and Bell, she has coverage and we do not. When we go to Arizona Mills Mall, we do and she does not. Moral of the story, "If you want good cell coverage, move to the East Valley.

It shows we have "fair" reception, but I'd rate it as pretty poor. Even having no service for days on end. NOT good when you have a newborn and no house phone.

I used to have a Nokia 3560 phone with ATT service and it worked fairly good at my home in Avondale, however, when replacing the phone to the Motorola, I had to switch to the Cingular plan. Now my service is very bad and the phone drops calls constantly at home.
