AT&T 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: motorola razr v3	Cingular claims to have reception in this area, per their maps and sales reps. Fact is, no coverage exist from cingular, period. Also, in Payson area, you have to dial 1 and area code to dial a number in your same area code, say 480. If phone number is a block number, you will not be able to call it from Payson area and close by, with cingular.
