the reception is horrible. ATT is horrible. Their customer service tries to make you buy the microcell and then your phone works in the home but drops as soon as you leave the home. They try to tell you that they have adequate coverage which is a lie. Then that their contracts state they cant promise good service so why would we pay for a service that is unreliable.

There is no 3G here at all. Its kinda sad and pathetic that they wont give 3G next to a military base. Especially when there a lot of soldiers here that are here for a long time at a time. AT&T please fix this!

I have absolutely zero service on my iPhone. My husband, who also has AT&T, has great service. I've been through the ringer with AT&T and Apple trying to get service, since I've had perfect service until moving here. Not only have they closed my case, but they told me to buy my own cell phone tower. Really.
