Ive had Sprint and AT&T and am now on T-Mobile. I would have to say Im satisfied with the coverage. Sure I get dropped calls on occasion but thats the pitfalls of wireless. On the HWY I usually have 4-5 bars throughout the entire area.

They use Sprint, and they always have an excuse why they don't work

The coverage has become worse and I am not getting enough bars to make a call a lot more each and everyday. It is disgusting the rates that are charged for a service not received! It is even worse when trying to get help when talking to a representative. You either get put on hold forever only to get cut off or you get a response that has nothing to do with the question you asked.

I've had a few problems with reception when they were cingular,But ever since they merged with AT&T I get a message on my phone "AT&T extended"witch means I'm on roaming. When I spoke to AT&T they claimed that it was because I have an older plan that dosen't cover this area even though I got this phone here,and have nation wide coverage, and never had this problem before the merger. They encouraged me to get a more expensive plan with "better" nationwide coverage that they claim will solve this problem,but what they really mean is if I pay more, they will give me back the same service that I had before the merger! This is just another way to get rid of the older customers with cheaper plans! How can you get "better" nationwide coverage? you either get nationwide coverage or you don't! When I said this to the Rep. on the phone even she couldn't deny this. I guess AT&T is still pulling the same shady crap that they've been guilty of in the past! Trading customers for profit thats the New AT&T!

Verizon really needs to work on there cell phone system. Can't send pics or stay connected on a call.

Reception is horrible. The number of dropped calls increases on a daily basis. My 2-year contract has expired, so I'm looking for a better carrier, but don't want to go back to a "prepaid" carrier. AT&T ranks the worst, but it's a toss up who's best? None of them seem to do well in this area!

Every time I hear "This is the Citizens of Mohave Wireless" recording I want to go ballistic. Email on the go is essential to my job. when in Laughlin, I usually can get a EV signal and get horribly slow data rates but at least I get them. as soon as you cross the river it switches to 1X and my life is ruined. Is there a digital barrier at the AZ / NV state line that was set up because Mohave Wireless own the air rights?

Mohave Cingular is the worst service in the nation. If you are looking for a plan do not get stuck with this one in this area. On second thought I think I was told that all cell phones go through this station. Found this site as I was looking for some trucker boost and antenna products for a few hundred so I can make calls from my area of desert lakes golf course. I love those tv ads that do not apply to me!

Sprint SUCKS in the entire BHC area. They always have sucked. From day one 8 years ago when they promised me new towers (yes towers) to date they SUCK. The best thing to do is drive around untill you get a signal, stop right there and make your call. If you are lucky you might get 3 - 4 minites before being dropped. Sprint you SUCK!
