	Our phones don't work in our house and they drop calls all the time. The customer service sucks as well. I called them and told them the reception was bad and they looked into it with tech support. While I was on the phone with them the call dropped 3 times. They let me out of my contract without a penalty.

	I agree with the guy who complained about getting his voice mails late. I've had VM show up a week later and this has caused me problems with my job. Reception is crappy all over the valley. The phone doesn't give me enough warning that it needs to be charged--it shows full and then an hour later goes to zero. I want to drop my landline but not for this terrible service. I wish I had stayed with T-Mobile but I have another year on this lousy contract with Sprint.

	If I drive 1 mile aways from where I live then I get excelllent service. There is horrible coverage here for verizon. Cingular is better.

	I have phenomenal T-Mobile service in my apartment complex where I have lots of building (other apartments and bussiness Im near a huge bussiness complex) Where as when I had sprint, Sprint never got a signal to my apartment. Increases my faith in T-Mobile!

	Calls are constantly dropped. Typical to get a voice message when the phone never rings. I don't get texts sometimes until I am 1 mile from my house.

	My service goest between no bars to two bars only... ... hardly ever gets to 3 bars... ..horrible area for Spring service.

	Good Coverage with T-Mobile. Some dropped calls in buildings but good otherwise. Some issues with AT&T overpowering the weak T-Mobile GSM signal and phone showing 5 bars with No Service. 3G has good speed and only sharing with G1's. not much traffic yet. Getting up to 800 Kb / s.. Travelling is a bit spotty. Vegas strip coverage sucks. Awaiting new Windows Mobile Devices for 3G from TMobile. They used to be ahead of everyone, in the last year they have been a bit boring.

	Inside house, get 0-1 bars, outside, sometimes 1-2 bars, but fluxuates a lot! Sprint coverage in general in the Gilbert area is poor.

	Great service statewide. Cant say enough about the service. The cell coverage, customer service and price are all as advertised.
