I absolutely love Verizon Wireless. I've had phones through Sprint and Cingular and never been more happy with a cellular company's cell service or customer service as I have been with Verizon for these past few years!

Have had Verizon for 3 years in valley, great reception throughout. Rare dropped call.

I get little to no reception in my own house. Verizon is aware of the lack of coverage and stated that they would waive our cancellation fee. I'm switching to T-Mobile now... wish me luck!

I find it necessary to go outside the house to be able to listen. The party receiving the call has a hard time hearing the conversation.

My phone doesn't work in my own house! Also - it didn't work in Hawaii in places where Alltel and Cingular did.

I love Verizon me and my girlfriend have had them for 3 years great service everywhere I even go camping here in arizona and it works in the mountains. Even when I dont' want to be called HA HA HA.

Poor reception and lots of dropped calls. Loses signal when walking around the house.

Terrible. Flips between regular service and Extended Coverage. No service in certain areas of house. Frustrating.

There are mountains all around in this area, but they are not that big! If I can make a call in this area there's so much static that I can't have a conversation. I'm looking into other companies, but I don't expect great results.

Reception is great outside but as soon as you go inside a building it drops off - can't complete a call inside my office.

Verizon is good Sprint has very poor signal in the mountains. If I were you try Verizon Wireless.

Flawless reception clear to Phoenix and on through to Tempe. No dropped calls.
