Had Verizon when we moved from California. No problem except all of the phone features do not work in this area, but voice, text, etc. works fine. I've heard complaints from people that have other systems that they do not work at all in this area.

Had Sprint for 12 or more years. Always good CS and good all around service.

I've been without any service at all, except 911, on my phone since last Sunday. Today's Friday. ATT bought out my old cell provider, Cellular One. The service rep told me ATT is integrating their Cell One towers with their ATT towers, so it's a network problem. That doesn't help me get service, does it?. I have asked for a credit on my bill. We'll see what happens. The rep said I could upgrade to an ATT phone for $5 more a month and keep the same plan. What a crock! Why should I have to pay more for their problem? She also said hundreds of other former Cell One customers are having the same problem with receiving no service. Seems to me they should have sent us information about this mess before it started. If I don't see some action by Monday, I'm switching to another company.

Versizon works fine in Golden Valley but does not pick up a versizon tower. Instead it picks up an extended network tower which does not allow you to use many of the special codes to dial into, such as *228 or *86 for mail. But you can get around this problem just by dialing your own number and choosing the # key to enter into the system. Then you can listen to your voice mail or choose other options. The tower in Golden Valley is a digital tower but only in the 800 range. Plus, Verizon has a large nationwide coverage and the best customer service I've ever received. Their fast and their always ready to adjust your bill when there is an issue. I've never had to wait very long on the line or at all when I call them. They were recently reviewed as the best service by customers. I am a very happy Verizon Customer

reception is good closer to hwy 68 from kingman to bullhead. only lost calls in a short section of mntns,and at my house 3 miles north of 68. I'm going to try a different phone. I heard the 551 has better reception plus an anttena port.will update later.

Full or almost full signal from Bullhead Cuty to Kingman.
