Reception and bars have improved TREMENDOUSLY over the last year and a half. Having some static issues recently on my old phone, due for a new one, but STRONG signal and no dropped calls.

AT&T Sucks! No reception at all in my house, I have to drive a mile away to make a phone call if I want to use my cell phone. Thank God for Magic Jack our phone!

Have tried many carriers just to see. Verizon is the best. Never a dropped call, customer service is good. Coverage is great.

Little to no reception in Estrella as a whole. Once I reach Goodyear Ball Park on Estrella Pkwy. reception improves, but in general poor coverage is more often than not in the entire Phoenix area.

I would highly recommend not using AT&T anywhere in the West Valley. Their cell phone coverage is absolutely horrible. Anyone who lives near Luke Air Force base will not have good reception at all. I live just south of the base in Palm Valley, and seriously regret using AT&T. Going west (to Verado) even becomes worse. I get only 1 bar in my house (3G or not), and can't talk for more than a few minutes without a call being dropped. Quite often, people cannot reach me, and I only receive the voicemail from them when I walk outside. Absolutely pitiful.

ATT's service is totally unusable at this location. At best I get one bar outside my house and zero bars inside. I have line-of-site to a new tower, but AT&T service is apparently not supported by this tower, which is owned by AllTel. (Located just South Of 17795 S. Rainbow Valley Rd., Goodyear)

No signal in house, and minimal signal outside. AT the Nextel site they show this area as having a great signal. But there signals are weak!

I too was told that there were new towers coming to this area. Supposedly that is complete but I still can't make a cell phone call from my home. Now because I am on a family plan it will cost $700 to cancel. $175 PER PHONE. Read the fine print because when I upgraded equipment recently, apparently I accepted a new 2-yr contract. I am not happy and I have been an ATT customer since before it even became Cingular and went back.

My phone is constantly searching for a signal in the far west valley. But of course the virgin mobile network hardly works anywhere. I will be switching carriers in the near future

I got a new pn215 a couple of months ago. I had more bars on my old Motorola e180. Overall I have had no dropped calls since moving to this area.

There are NO towers within 12 to 15 miles of this location. When we first signed on we realized when we drove into our area (Palm Valley in Goodyear) the bars dropped to zero. When we complained to the local Cingular store they looked in their computer and said "gee, I don't know why, there's plenty of towers"... .liar-liar, your pants are on fire... .!

Poor reception in this area of Goodyear, with no improvement over the last 1 1 / 2 years. Overall, seem to experience significantly more dropped calls since moving here. Cingular store states that new towers are coming to the Phoenix area. Let's hope it's soon!
