Very frustrating for a long time fan of Alltel to be upstaged by Verizon!! I'm remodeling a house in Kearny and have been without coverage. Several carriers have towers there and locals get great coverage. Now, a friend (Verizon customer)comes along to help me and his reception is great. Alltel says the phone should work and that I should turn off the phone, enter *118 but, still no service. Alltel, get with the program and pay to use these towers that are in plain site! A Long time customer
