Continue to drop calls. More or better placed towers are needed. I spend too much money to not have good service. Sales people "sell" you a bill of goods. They must need the job.

Usually vary between 3 and 4 bars. Only ever have issues when talking to my sister (who also has Sprint), but I know all the dropping is on her end. My commute is to Kyrene and Elliott and I never drop calls.

I get maybe two bars at home. Whenever my treo connects for data service (checking e-mail once an hour for example), I completely lose the call I'm on and my phone locks up for 30-40 seconds until the signal comes back.

I use the phone daily between Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix and have only had two or three dropped calls in 18 months. Works well in Prescott also. Absolutely no complaints.

I understand what some of the other respondents have said in regards to cell service in east Mesa, recently T mobile and Sprint put up a cell tower at the South East corner of the above listed cross roads (looks like a great big palm tree), now I have no dropped calls, and the service is great. But before that, I would average about 25-55% dropped calls. I've noticed that T mobile has installed alot of new towers along McKellips too. Sprint is good about giving credits for dropped calls, but you need to call *2 then say dropped calls for the 50 cent per dropped call alowance (up to $10.00 per phone, per month)

I average 1 dropped call out of every 2 when I use my phone at home. If it doesn't drop, reception is so bad that I am forced to use a different phone. So much for my unlimited nights and weekends starting at 7pm. It does not good when I use it at home.

In my house, I have to find the good spot and stay still to avoid drop-calls. Any movement, including rotation of your body will cause drop-calls quite often.

If you live in the new Mountain Heights development don't even consider Sprint PCS if you wish to use the phone from home.

This is an ongoing issue. My husband and I cannont receive or make calls. All calls go straight to voicemail. Contacted T-Mobile multiple times went into the store thrice already and they haven't resolved the issue. We just bought smartphones for Valentines. Until last month we had great serrvice. Its horrible cuz we have our hands tied as we are binded to a 2 year contract. We do not know what else to do.
