Dropped calls or no bars a lot of the time-always on Lake Pleasant and Williams. Can't even get any service inside the new SuperTarget-that's just a shame! Have patchy service and connections throughout the Valley. Poor service when I travel to Iowa and Minnesota too. Can't wait until my service contract expires in 2 weeks! AT&T-I'm dropping YOU!

Before the merger, AT&T wasn't too bad, the only place I had trouble was at my house (No real problem there). But since the Cingular merger I get dropped constantly and have trouble with even getting reliable service anywhere.

We just moved to 107th Ave. and Deer Valley from about 8 miles away on Bell Rd and 67th Ave. Reception on Bell Rd. is great. Reception at new home is so bad that when I called AT&T on my cell phone, they couldn't even understand my phone number. AT&T says 'You SHOULD have good reception in your area.' We should have somebody other than AT&T.

For the most part reception is pretty good throughout the Phoenix area, so far as I have experienced. What really ticks me off about Sprint is their poor customer service. I have had numerous issues with billing and their poor business practices. I am shopping for new service... .Alltel, Cingular, Verison... .here I come.

I have a cell phone and a wireless card for my computer. Both ALWAYS get exceptional reception. I've heard others complain about Sprint and say Verizon is the best, but my wife has Verizon and we usually have the same reception or I have better around town. It could just be the phone models we have, though. I travel to California, Nevada, and Utah. I never have a problem.

For over a year now, 1 - 0 Bars. In order to make a call, I either drive 10 miles south or go to higher grounds. Contacted T-Mobile Customer Service and they told me I should have 3 bars in the area. The service rep said they would said a tech out to see about a possible coverage expansion. Better then nothing and better then what AT&T said, which was they would note the outage and if more customers called they would do something about it.

Mostly good reception. Have had a few dropped calls and problems with people being able to get through to my phone(goes straight to voicemail and on a few rare occasions has given people a busy signal).
