Mostly good reception. Have had a few dropped calls and problems with people being able to get through to my phone(goes straight to voicemail and on a few rare occasions has given people a busy signal).

We have contacted Verizon several times with no results. They are of no help and unresponsive. We have numerous dropped calls and the service is poor from Union Hills all the way to Pinnicale Peak from 83rd to 107th Ave. Many of our neighbors have other servie with little problems. In two years, when our plan expires we plan to switch. How can Verizon sell service where they have no reception?????

Average to below average reception indoors. Sometimes requires user to move to a different room for better reception.

Good reception [4-5 bars] on T-Mobile with V188 [inside house as well, 91st ave / Cactus]. Went down I10 all the way to Houston TX [from Peoria AZ] and back. Only about 30 miles of no reception [around New Mexico / Arizona border]. Had several hundred miles of roaming in Texas with 1 to 2 bars [network 310-120, static / dropping on some calls but usable]. It also connected to Cingular [and a few other networks along the way] with good results.

Before the merger, AT&T wasn't too bad, the only place I had trouble was at my house (No real problem there). But since the Cingular merger I get dropped constantly and have trouble with even getting reliable service anywhere.

I've been using the Nokia 4586 phone with Verizon service for a year. I travel as far south as Gila Bend and all the way up to Las Vegas. Everywhere that Verizona says I have coverage, I do. The phone has never dropped a call. While I don't like the roaming charge from Aguilla Az. the rest of my calls are fine. Calling to Phoenix from Las Vegas was like calling across the street. I've got to hand it to Verizon. "Can you hear me now?" Yes, I can...

I have always had a decent signal here. Up til now, I was using Samsung SGH-E715, which had about 50% at the worst. Even in my apartment, Nokia always has 100% signal.
