Switched from Sprint to Verizon after moving to Wyoming. Great service there, horrible here. Cant make or receive calls, only text, now stuck with 2yr contract with a phone that wont make calls. Pathetic.

Mostly works well for me. I am home most of the time and have never faced any call issues. Have experienced occasional call drops. 4G works good as well. Sometime use tethering and is usually good. Often is faster than my home wifi.

Absolutely Horrible service on any level of 2G-4G LTE. Nothing but dropped calls, 9 / 10 failed texts, missed calls, lost dropped calls, data can't connect, never gets LTE, DATA is in a perpetual spin like it can't find the server.sprint in this area is also equally below poor. Both AT&T and Verizon are completely opposite in this section of the city with perfect connections on calls, texts, and Data every single time.

reception is spotty but 4 bars are showing. Either the other person can't hear me or vice versa. Business calls are a joke and I see why ppl are addicted to texting. Fix the problem of poor technology please.

Horrible reception. I have 1 bar most of the time and often I can't send a text or make a call because there is no mobile service available. Got an airave and still have major issues. My calls are dropped all the time and Sprint gives me such a hassle to get a credit on my bill for sucky service. I am sick of it!

UNBELIEVABLY LOUSY T-MOBILE SERVICE! Even after getting the T-Mobile booster, and after getting the highest (#8) boost that is possible. Our phones still will not dial, still do not ring, still cannot send texts. And to top it all off the phone shows 5bars and full WiFi spread. So everything should work flawlessly right? NOPE, NOT WITH LYING T-MOBILE who tells you the service should be fine, lies through their teeth, and claims they can't do anything. Well if thats the case why was the service here better 3 years ago? You must have done something to change the service! So change it back! I wish the Federal government would step in a regulate these bastards, but then again they deregulated the airlines AND LOOK WHAT THAT GOT US! ($$$$)

I had better connection with an old LG phone, but recently updated to Samsung Note 2 and cannot get service inside my home and it is spotty in lots of other areas. I originally thought that my phone was faulty, but got to make a call and receive a call today, but the intensity of signal from towers is spotty. Ron Geiken

I am getting 31Mbs download speeds using 4G LTE at my home. Other areas in Phoenix are some times spotty, 40 St. and Indian School for one.

After recently moving here from Atlanta GA, I noticed I had been dropping calls, but this started with a few a day to an unbelievably 6-10 calls per day. After doing some research on cellular towers in the surrounding area of Phoenix I found that Sprint does not have many which may very well be the main issue. My wife would say my phone is fine, but now as of today she has been dropping calls left and right as well. So now we are thinking about switching to TMobile because from people we know here and the reviews I have read they get really good signal here. An added bonus is they also pay your termination fees, if you join and they offer an unlimited everything plan something we were used to with Sprint. I am def going to switch Sprint really sucks here in Phoenix. I was in Sierra Vista AZ and had no problems and that is a military town and they barely have radio stations.

I have tried AT&T and Verizon and neither provider had service at my address. I now have T-Mobile and I get great service in my home and also I am able to get LTE! I am very happy with T-mobile.
