I am getting 31Mbs download speeds using 4G LTE at my home. Other areas in Phoenix are some times spotty, 40 St. and Indian School for one.Was this review helpful to you?
After recently moving here from Atlanta GA, I noticed I had been dropping calls, but this started with a few a day to an unbelievably 6-10 calls per day. After doing some research on cellular towers in the surrounding area of Phoenix I found that Sprint does not have many which may very well be the main issue. My wife would say my phone is fine, but now as of today she has been dropping calls left and right as well. So now we are thinking about switching to TMobile because from people we know here and the reviews I have read they get really good signal here. An added bonus is they also pay your termination fees, if you join and they offer an unlimited everything plan something we were used to with Sprint. I am def going to switch Sprint really sucks here in Phoenix. I was in Sierra Vista AZ and had no problems and that is a military town and they barely have radio stations.Was this review helpful to you?
I have tried AT&T and Verizon and neither provider had service at my address. I now have T-Mobile and I get great service in my home and also I am able to get LTE! I am very happy with T-mobile.Was this review helpful to you?
Roaming in central phoenix! Really! This has been going on for a while now. I have had voice mail where the phone never rang. I have had people try to call me where the phone never rang. I contact Sprint and tell them this problem and I feel like they know it and only pretend to try to solve the problem. I think the whole company from top to bottom is dishonest and they will tell you anything to get you to sign up or keep taking your money. I am so close to dumping these a-holes and burning the contract.Was this review helpful to you?
I was thinking of switching to T-Mobile to save money, but after talking to T-Mobile users, reading reviews and now reviewing this site and coverage areas... I am staying with Verizon, I love Verizon coverage, WORKS EVERY WHERE! Customer service has always been oustanding and the only place I have ever dropped a call is on the 51 just north of northern when going through the mountains..I am glad I researched comments, thanks everyone for posting, it really helped me make my decision;-)Was this review helpful to you?

Sprint is spotty in this area (as it is in most areas of Phoenix). I do not receive good signal at my house and drop / do not receive calls multiple times per day. T-Mobile and Verizon both work fine in this area. Not sure about AT&TWas this review helpful to you?
Been with Sprint for several years and I'm not very happy with them anymore. I have a 4G phone and still not getting that type of service for it. They have been saying for a few years or more that they would get 4G and 4G LTE in the phoenix area. But has not happened and don't know if it ever will. Lots of times my reception is terrible and not clear enough especially when I'm at home. There is no excuse for this nonsense. I look forward towards going to another provider real soon. Many times my bars are 0-1, maybe 2 bars on occasion. Many areas away from my location the bars are more. What's up with this Sprint?Was this review helpful to you?

Very poor reception in my home with Sprint -- continually drops calls, conversations fade in and out. Was told when I started with Sprint that reception was good in my area and that they were upgrading the towers in my area; that was 1-1 / 2 years ago. From what I've read and been told, Sprint has been lying about their upgrades and switching to 4G for years. I have filed complaints with FCC and BBB but to no avail. Sprint is unwilling to admit responsibility for the lack of service and unwilling to provide any solution. Sprint continually maintains that my problems stem from my device which is an IPhone, although they can not explain, if it is my device, why it works elsewhere. When I originally went to the Sprint store to complain about my home service I was told by the the manager to "buy a new home."Was this review helpful to you?
