Sprint reception is totaly poor in this area. Flacutates between 0-1. Most of the time you could get voice mail without ringing the phone. Also, calls will get lost while you are on the phone.

Inside very spotty, out side on one leg facind North, 2 Bars... generally lots of dropped calls.

Even with a less than perfect signal I rarely drop a call anywhere in Phoenix. Lost calls are 90% of the time dropped by the other party not by me. cricKet's service has become very reliable over the years in Phoenix. Or I just have a kick a** phone.

Service is so poor we needed to get a land line for use at home.

Can never get service... .poor customer service at Happy 'Valley, Sprint is just horrible all around. I'm moving to Verizon if I could just get out of mky $400 fee to break the stupid contract!

siganl strength unreliable. keeps dropping

8 of 10 calls will be dropped due to poor reception. Signal strength rises and falls to 0 constantly. Verizon Tech will not repair. They say there are no plans to fix this area

Only 2 bars in the middle of lots of towers and antennas!

I Live in an area called Dove Canyon, I get great reception at my home from my Alltel service. My wife and daughter get little or no service at my home with their providers, Sprint and Cingular. T-Mobile does not come in at my home either.

The reception here is horrible in the South Mountain area. I am forever dropping calls. I was told Alltel was going to put a tower at 24th and Baseline but so far nothing.

I got Cingular because of the "raising the bar" advertisment. I have to say that their advertisment is false. What "raising the bar" it's more like losing the bar. Whenever I am inside the house I have absolutely no service. I can't make a call inside nor outside of the house. I have to go at least 2 miles out of the area to get 1 bar of reception.

Good reception most of the time. Drops calls inside of buildings. My complaint is the billing cycle and the billing practices.You change anything with this company it is extra$$$$$. If you try to change something about the phone like the plan or the number on any day but the end of your cycle date, they charge you for each call previous to your change. They also change the end of your contract date if you change your plan. They add more months. So ask about this before you change your plan. They also add on a $10.00 Verizon surcharge for whatever fees each month. They charge for some toll free calls. I am looking for a new carrier. I am sick of paying so many extra charges when they advertised a certain price for a certain number of minutes. This is the only real complaint I have about this company, but it has lost my business today.

I've found Verizon to continually have the best service out there. Having driven several times across I-10 to and from the CA coast, even where most phones go dead in the vast desert areas, Verizon has some dead spots but not nearly as bad as other carriers. Recently my hubby drove to AZ from Indiana, during the entire 3 day trip there was only maybe 2-3 hrs (mostly in mountain areas) where he didn't have coverage.

Fluctuates between 0-3 bars - mostly 0 to 1... Very disappointed with service level - too many dropped calls. Neighbors also constantly complaining... ...

I have 5 phones all together and 2 different carriers. I must admit, this little phone is pretty sweet.

I moved here from back east and Verizon seems to excellant coverage anywhere in Phoenix. It is so string that I have no problem with reception in most buildings.

9 out of 10 calls drop in this area if you are in any of the restraunts they are cell free it seems...

since the people at that wireless toyz set me up I have had the best service and reception in the world and I would reccomend it to everyone

I drop 75% of all calls and 25% of incoming calls go staight to voice mail. Do not get Sprint if you live in the SW Valley!
