Poor reception in many areas of Prescott, particularly at home near Iron Springs Rd.and Williamson Valley Road. Lived with the dropped calls and lack of service for 2 years. Contract up today. Switching carriers tomorrow.

Virtually no reception at home. If I find the exact right spot I can get a call out, but any movement, even an inch, may cut me off. Good signal outside of WalMart. Spotty signal at the Gateway mall.

Verizon has generally good reception in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley. I previously had Sprint and switched to Verizon because of poor reception. Now if Verizon would just get some decent phones - they're years behind other carriers in supporting new models.

There are a few blind sopts in Prescott (near the Gateway mall) but otherwise the T-Mobile service here is excellent.
