Had T-Mobile and Verizon no coverage at all this is the best I have found sadly there are over 5000 homes in this area within 3 sq miles

Most of the time, the phone will ring when a call comes through, but I cannot carry on a full conversation most of the time... inside and outside the house... it is very choppy and will cut in and out and occasionally drop calls.

I just moved to Johnson Ranch in Queen Creek and based on the salesman telling me they (Alltel) just built a new tower here I bought service. In two words, "service sucks". Barely 1 bar of reception and tons of missed and every call drops on me.

Just got a text message that AT&T put a new tower about 3.5 miles aways from us... .STILL NO RECEPTION. Called them to verify that the tower was active. It is. NO RECEPTION. I get 1 bar or 'Searching' all the time. This is just beyond stupid. My neighbor jailbroke his iPhone to TMobile. He has 5 BARS all the time. AT&T is the worse carrier I've ever used. If it wasn't for my love of the iPhone I would break my contract right now.

Nearly all calls drop unless we take our phone outside. Totally unacceptable.

I love my iPhone. Too bad I can't use it in Queen Creek. Based on the list of complaints, it's obvious there is a serious issue that AT&T doesn't seem to be interested in resolving. I am terribly disappointed in their service, and will probably have to give up my iPhone (which I love). Thanks AT&T, you've made ALOT of people angry. I will also be sending a letter to Apple to let them know that you have blemished their good name with your crappy service.

This thing drops pretty much everywhere. Its embarrassing that out of 10 calls, 9 will drop. And it seems to be getting worse. Whats the deal? Are there any plans to add more towers in Phx and surrounding burbs? Very dissatisfied.

Service? All we get is lip service. We were told "we did not tell you to move to AZ" No. service in the house or outside of the house. We have over 2K roll-over minutes because we can't use the phones. Whe the contract is up, we are out of here but what service do we go to?

Been promised improved service for this area for over 2 years now and to date it is as bad or worse than before. Tried several different models of phones all with the same result... CANT use my cell phone in or around my house. I can understand how these Cell Phone Companies can offer free Night and Weekends long distance... ..nobody can use it when they are home! Maybe its time for some action by the Public Utilities Commision or even the Attorney Generals office. Spelling is not one of my fortais. The only neighbors that appear to have use of their cell phones around here, seem to be Verizon users. Maybe that's what I have to go for next.

Called technical support Cingular to let them know ; 1. When I dial 611 I get t-mobile 2. I only have 1-2 bars which a second later goes to no bars. It takes 5 attempts to get through to someone even 911 and then the call is dropped constantly it took me 5 attempts just to get to ATT customer care. Talk to tech support on 06 / 20 / 2007 at 8:00pm AZ time the call was dropped and called back on my friends phone with Verizon no problem at 8:30 talked to another tech support person. The tech said he would send a ticket to another tech support manager to research the issue. The tech said the manager will get back to me in a few days to let me know the status ofthe research but may not be resolved until 06 / 25 / 2007. I will call back on that day to check status myself... Apparently by all these comments or lack of, it looks like T-Mobile has the best coverage!
