Just got a text message that AT&T put a new tower about 3.5 miles aways from us... .STILL NO RECEPTION. Called them to verify that the tower was active. It is. NO RECEPTION. I get 1 bar or 'Searching' all the time. This is just beyond stupid. My neighbor jailbroke his iPhone to TMobile. He has 5 BARS all the time. AT&T is the worse carrier I've ever used. If it wasn't for my love of the iPhone I would break my contract right now.

Terrible reception, when I do get a call I can only hold the signal for a few seconds.

Zero to 1 bar inside with high % of dropped calls. Wife has LG Dare with Verizon and must stand outside to send / receive text messages.

I have to be standing on my street in front of my house in San Tan Heights to get any reception at all, and even then I drop 1 out of every 3 calls. Verizon has great phones and good selection of calling plans. Just one problem - no reception. If you live in San Tan Heights and have Verizon make sure you get a land line too!

I have horrible reception in my house. If I do get connected my call will be dropped if my daughter walks by me. Have to go outside to make calls. No reception at all at my sister in laws house in Power Ranch less than two miles from my house. Can't wait to switch from sprint.

I love my iPhone. Too bad I can't use it in Queen Creek. Based on the list of complaints, it's obvious there is a serious issue that AT&T doesn't seem to be interested in resolving. I am terribly disappointed in their service, and will probably have to give up my iPhone (which I love). Thanks AT&T, you've made ALOT of people angry. I will also be sending a letter to Apple to let them know that you have blemished their good name with your crappy service.

I love Verizon! Just got my new phone, works great and it is the best network ever! Works in Wal-Mart, Target, everywhere! I never have a dropped call! Even works in Payson! I highly recommed it!

I was given a Sprint TREO 650 phone because of my work. It very seldom has decent reception. Only on a good day can I make and receive calls from inside my house. Even then, the majority of those calls are dropped. Try and avoid Sprint if you can.

The service is pretty good... I rarely drop calls unless I am near the San Tan Mountains on Empire. The clarity of the calls are nothing to brag about though... . alot of 'Can You Hear me Now?'.

Every Once in a while I will call someone or recieve a call and it is dropped... . but overall it has been really good service and I usually have 4 bars.

I need to go outside my house to get any kind of reception (1-2 bars) and even then calls drop. Cannot wait to get rid of this Verizon BB.

Verizon has been very good, but since we moved from Gilbert, we have had less reception and more dropped calls. We are going to Alltel because all of our friends say they rock.

This thing drops pretty much everywhere. Its embarrassing that out of 10 calls, 9 will drop. And it seems to be getting worse. Whats the deal? Are there any plans to add more towers in Phx and surrounding burbs? Very dissatisfied.

Service? All we get is lip service. We were told "we did not tell you to move to AZ" No. service in the house or outside of the house. We have over 2K roll-over minutes because we can't use the phones. Whe the contract is up, we are out of here but what service do we go to?

I constantly get dropped phone calls. Even talking to my mother that lives at Ironwood and Germann and my brother that lives at Castle Gate.
