I rarely get above one bar in my house. My calls are routinely dropped or if it does connect the other party can not hear a word I say. My phone changes to roaming all the time.

I switched to Verizon from AT&T back in 2002 and I have loved Verizon's service and enjoyed being on the "best network" until last month when I moved from Gilbert to Queen Creek. Service SUCKS to say the least. My phone is always searching system for a signal and draining my battery while at my house or within a mile radius of my house. My signal is weak coming down Ironwood Rd, but I can usually still make a call if I needed to. I do have to give Verizon credit though, they are at least willing to admit that Queen Creek is a hard area. They said they have a tower / antenna in Johnson Ranch which I think is true because if I go south on Ironwood towards Johnson Ranch I get a signal again, but at my house the service sucks. I am torn because I know a lot of people on Verizon, but it would be nice to have serivce at my house as well. So, we will see what happens, if I can find better service I just might pay the early termination fee and switch to something else.

Cingular has absolutely NO reception in my home or within a mile. Drops almost half the calls and their support is absolutely horrific. If you need to call, have some time to burn because you'll be on the phone for hours!

I recently moved out to Queen Creek where before I have had Sprint. Surprisingly, I did get a signal with Sprint with maybe one or two bars, but never did I have a "dead" signal. I had the Samsung A730, and I made and received calls with no problem. Living out and away from the big city, I had to get a phone that had good reception. Already being through T-Mobile (HORRIBLE), Verizon (TOO EXPENSIVE) and they didn't cover for me very well, Sprint (NO COMPLAINTS), and Alltel (NO COMPLAINTS), and now Nextel, I am extremely disappointed with the service that I get with this phone. Already they are having problems with the phone with the text messeging, and people who call in with the problem are put on a "list", whatever that means. When I went into the Nextel store, they told me that Queen Creek was one of the best coverage areas in the Southern half of Arizona. So far, No Service (that is displayed on my phone as of right now) isn't the best service. I am going to pay the early termination fee and switch either back to Sprint or cingular. Any rejections to Cingular please tell me.

Reception is lost a little before San Tan Heights as I'm heading east on Hunt. No signal at all ever at home, inside or out. Want to switch service providers but then I have to pay $300 in early termination fees. I love my unlocked SMT5600 but I think it will only work with GSM. Not sure about digital. Something's got to give. I need to have service!
