Very disappointed that I shelled out the money for a sweet Iphone and cannot even use it from my workplace in north scottsdale. 3g works maybe 1 out of every 10 minutes. Reception stays on 1-bar or "extended". I have to walk around in circles like an idiot in the parking lot just to find decent reception and even then it barely works. Takes 2-3 hours to receive a text message. For the $90 I am paying a month, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Sprint deceptively advertises, promises 4G, not even 3G in reality, best described as dial-up speed, frequent dropped calls, little to no reception, reduced speed since taking on iPhone mid Oct. Literally have to go to Sprint store to connect to service on a daily basis. Made numerous complaints for years especially last 3 months, tickets escalated, Sprint employess rude, disrespectful, totally crude and unprofessional; part of their training. Advised by Sprint employees to go get another service to use when Sprint service does not work. We are held to our 2 year contract; Sprint is in breach of contractual agreement to provide service. Sprint fails to build out network and add towers while paying $4M for rights to sell iPhone and downgrade existing service by loading down the service network. Complaints are met with snarky denial and excuses especially by illusive Kala Clark, Sprint Executive office in Kanasa City, MO.

Phone is constantly on -106DB. Sprint seems to think this is acceptable. At least everytime I complain they respond that way. I have 1 Samsung Galaxy 4g and two Samsung moments... all do the same... -106DB. I'm about to suck up the early termination fees and dump them on Craigslist

My phone goes to roaming in this area and most calls drop.

My MotoQ regularly has only 1 bar, but calls seem fine (for the most part). Noticed recently that I pop down to "1X" service all the time, it's usually EVDO. Kids just got LG Rumor Touch and they have dropped calls, service drops (when texting) in the house and around the area. Wife has Palm Pixi and has no issues so far.

Had NOTHING with AT&T and T-Mobile's service was spotty at best. However, NEVER have problems with Sprint anywhere in the Phoenix area, even while hiking in the mountains. Never dropped a call at home, ever. Sprint rocks.

Sprint only works on Roam, and even then it doesn't always work.

Sprint is Awful near old town and the civic center. Stay Away!

Good reception at out house and in DC Ranch and Grayhawk area, a little spotty around ice rink and McDowell Mtn Ranch where we used to live. Much better reception than guests at our house who had AT&T or Verizon.

On and off connection in my house in most places 0 - 1 bar but other gets full reception

Reception at home is spotty at best. Signal fades and calls are missed. Travel in and out of area means dropped calls and switching from digital to roaming. Would not recommend. Bought phones at Radio Shack two years ago. Service there was a joke. Looking at other 85259 posts seems as if we're in a third world reception area.

Traveling east on Via Linda, reception drops between 120th St.and 136th St.on both Via Linda and Shea Blvd. Do not subscribe to Sprint if you live in this area, very poor reception and dropped calls are the norm.

Sprint STINKS. Just the worst reception, I hate Sprint, I would recommend any one to Verizon. I work in the medical field, most Dr.s and sales reps all use Verizon.

On Shea just past FLW heading east the Sprint Service drops calls 99% of the time... in addition to areas on Via Linda, 136th South of Shea and other areas. It does not matter what type of phone you have, it happens on them all. Do all Services have this problem?? Isn't there some provider that has quality coverage?

Sprint is worthless if you live in Scottsdale, I get dropped calls or no service at Scottsdale Mtn. 136th St. Also going from Via Linda W. to Frank Lyod zero service and also merging onto the 101 freeway from 99th St / Pima South zero service. I've had them for 2yrs. and hate them, Verizon and T-Mobile seem to be the only way to talk.

Decent reception. Few dropped calls. A couple holes in service due to the McDowell mountains.

Very poor reception in house. I lose the single walking from one room to another. Outside reception is better but still unacceptable. Bought this phone because at the time it was suppose to have the best reception-HA! I once spoke with a Sprint PCS gut at a local trade show about the problem. He had a field engineer fllow up with me about trying to improve it. I never saw any change. Going to go to Verizon next (and taking my four phones with me!).

Work at American Express. Sprint does not work inside the building at all. Natta, zip, zero. I spent 3 days working with Sprint, calling them, taking my phone to their store. Each time they told me they would "Boost the power". No such thing. Or they would install software updates. Nothing worked. I am within my 14 day trial period. I am going to T-Mobile or Cingular or ANYONE else !

Great reception in Philly but in Scottsdale during the summer. Can't make calls out and I occasionally catch signal on an incoming call and get barely enough time to say "Will call you back on a land line." Would not recommend if you live in 85259.

Weak reception, and often drops calls. Very frustrating.

Sprint says phone is the problem but other friends that have Sprint have same problem. Phoenix just seems to be a bad market for cell providers.

Drops calls in various places in the middle of Scottsdale.

Since I switched to the 6610 I have had nothing but great reception, even in places like stores or my house where I didn't used to get hardly any service and calls would cut out. P.S. My old phone was a Motorola V60 - I only changed phones not service for this improvement.
