Reception is quite sad out here. All over town I only have 1 bar, if that. And when I am on my phone taking a call at home I am wondering trying to find an area I can get even 1 bar. My husband is deployed and it gets me when his reception in AFG is better than mine and our call gets dropped from my end. So SAD! GET MORE TOWERS PLEASE!

There has been no day time cell reception since Tuesday (it's Friday afternoon). They are supposedly upgrading the tower, but I actually need my phone during business hours, not at night when doctors and mechanics and such are closed. This information is also impossible to find on their web site, their customer service chat is rude and forces you to enter your info twice (didn't I just have to enter all my info to log in to even REACH chat?), and their online service is completely inadequate to deal with a system designed to be phone based. If my phone were working, I wouldn't need to use the internet to report a problem with my phone, idiots! I will switch to Verizon as soon as I pick out a new phone.

service is horrible here in the entire city of sierra vista, az. AT&T should consider the fact that this is a military town and a whole lot of people come here with AT&T service from other parts of the country and are extremely unsatisfied with with the reception, or lack thereof. there isn't even an AT&T store here [you have to go to tucson, and hour and a half away] which tells you something too. a whole lot of people end up switching to Verizon because they are 100% 4G here and i'm considering switching because of it too! and I have been with AT&T for 8 years

how is it possible that AT&T has limited to no service in one of the busiest areas of this town... and no 3G service anywhere?

On the fort or at home - absolutely pathetic! I even bought one of the repeaters and put an antenna on the roof. While I now get 5-bars at home no one can hear me consistently. I have not had a clear conversation in the past year I have been on AT&T with the iPhone. I had Alltel previously, and loved it. I want an iPhone on Alltel. Oh, and no 3G.

I have a terrible time with reception out here. My reception is 3 or 4 bars on Ft Huachuca, but driving Buffalo Soldier back to Avenida Cochise, and then at home, the signal suffers. I have not yet had a call over one minute in the last two weeks that ended before the signal was lost.

AT&T does not support 3G in Sierra Vista. My family has two Apple iPhones. The Apple iPhone 3G indicates 3 to 4 bars until we enter a building then service suffers. Inside or outside the AT&T data network and phone service is pathetic even when the the iPhone shows 3 to 4 bars! Most times I have to place the call twice before the network puts the call through.

iPhone 3G reception varies from 1 bar to no reception. Avenida Cochise and Coronado is in the middle of 3 AT&T towers within 2 to 5 miles (according to AT&T service rep). Every call from my house has been dropped. I called 611 a week ago to submit a complaint, but coverage here still sucks - will continue calling weekly until fixed!

Had Sprint (which was okay) and T-Mobile (no bars ever even though there is a tower 1.5 miles away) and Cingular's service is much better by far, no questions asked. Most of the time I get 3-4 bars with Cingular, and many times 5.

I'm visiting from the Philippines and I'm roaming on Cingular's Network. I can travel all around the Sierra Vista area, up 90 to I-10, and there are only a few places with no signal before I get to and on the freeway. Every once in awhile my signal will drop to 3 bars, but most of the time it stays at 5 or 4 bars.
