Tmobile sucks in every way shape and form! There customer service sucks beyond words. They're losing customers by the thousands every single day! No matter where you live... DO NOT GIVE TMOBILE your business! You'll regret it!

Our Four and a half year old phones work all over Sun city. Even traveled to Benson Arizona. No drops, clear reception. We were greatly surprised. Alltel was purchased by Verizon, effective Oct.18 2009. We are not sure what to expect after this transition.

Perfectly fine voice and data reception even indoors and even with "just" three bars. I just changed from AT&T which, although superb at my last address, was next to useless out here.

Shoddy reception even standing in the front or back yard. No reception indoors.

I swear AT&T supposedly has a fake palm tree tower at about 105th Ave and Beardsley, either it isn't on yet, or it really wasnt AT&T.

It works good and than it dose not work good. It phase in and out.

Work in Sun City (where nearly 40,000 people live) and get NO reception - none! Have to drive to Olive and 91st in order to make a call... what kind of sense does that make? Cingular SUCKS!

No reception unless I go upstairs in my house. I don't pick-up a signal until I get to Beardsley and 95th Ave. I have been at this address for 8 years and had the same problem with four different phones. My neighbor has Alltel and no problems. I have contacted Verizon several times and they go through a reprogramming of my phone but it never work. I hope they read this web site and start listening to their customers.
