No dropped calls, clear reception indoor and out. Verizon dropped calls all the time and I had lousy customer service.

Alltel has a tower at Willow Canyon High School. I get perfect reception, no dropped calls. Sprint and Verizon dropped calls all the time.

Alltel works GREAT at my house. Alltel has a tower at Willow Ridge High School. 5 bars and so far no dropped calls.

can't get more that 1 bar of service anywhere in the house. I called AT&T and they pretty much told me there was nothing they can do. It's my problem, not theirs. Its like paying for no service! as soon as my contract is up I will bo shopping around.

get 5 bars in the back of the house but 1 or 2 in the front. very strange how 40 feet makes that much of a difference

Poor signal only half the time... no signal the rest.

We do not get any reception at our home, located in the Arizona Traditions community, which is about a 1 / 4 to 1 / 2 mile from the Willow Canyon HS tower. Outside the community our reception ranges from 2-5 bars, no matter where we are. Cingular cannot give us an explanation. We have even replaced our original phone.

9 times out of 10 there is no reception out here in Surprise Farms Subdivision, Surprise, Arizona. Absolute zero at times. We complained to Cingular but they don't care. Said it was our problem for moving out here. Maybe if we bought a more expensive phone and extended our contract with them. Yeah right! Then they said we should petition our neighbors for better service in the area. So frustrating to call from work or from my car to my wife at home and get little or no service unless I give up and call the house phone. The worst phone service we have EVER had. Why can't something be done?

Cingular finished putting up a tower right next to the Sonoran Plaza community center on Remington Dr.a few months ago so reception in this area should improve.
