I moved here in 9-2009. Reception was good, had no noticeable problems. In the past 2 months I have dropped more calls than I have in the past 5 years. Horrible reception here for some reason. Verizon suggested I get extended service, which means the New Verizon Wi-Fi. Wow, now they can get even more of my money for something I should be getting anyway. No thank you. I will be unhappy until my contract is up and then I will change.

No reception in the house must walk outside. Drops 3 out of four calls and and reception is poor outside also. must drive 5 miles for any good coverage. I have Nextel walkie-talkie with this. That function is great. Excellent for that, but Sprint sucks bigtime. I wish I could bale on this contract.

I've had my T-Mobile service for over 4 years in Texas and Arizona. I have to admit I have excellent service, no complaints at all. I live in the very far West Valley and while others are complaining about reception out here I am ALWAYS able to make and receive all calls. Text is a little slow and there is a dead spot on the 10 around Watson Rd.but that is my only complaint. But that is minor comsidering the fact that when I first moved out here my T-Mobile phone was the only thing availible. There were no land lines in my area yet. That has since been remedied and am now waiting for DSL. I also use my phone on frequent trips to Vegas going thru Cali in the middle of the desert north and south of Parker Az I have reception. This is in the middle of no-where! Sooo..T-Mobile rocks in my book.
