Sure, my phone got good service... sort of. Cricket phones are not the way to go. I've had to take my phone in twice to get it turned back on. No matter how many times I made a payment on my plan, my phone kept getting turned off. Cricket is a rip-off and their phones suck. Don't get one.

Qwest has never given us any problems

No bars inside first floor of house, get better coverage upstairs or in backyard standing by south wall. Talking on the phone while riding in our car is extremely hit or miss as well. Courier indicated it was the ups and downs of the landscape in Oro Valley.

They are so lame, I couldn't even get them to acknowledge that I even ordered the service, even with a confirmation and an order number. They jacked me around for about an hour on the phone, talking to at least 7 different employees then (after I was really worked up) the supervisor told me he was canceling my order and ended the phone call cause I was being rude!

I average 2-4 dropped calls per day. Coverage South of Skyline / Sunrise is erratic at best. Can go from 4 bars to none in one foot radius.

Poor reception part way up Burnett. Many lost calls. Sprint map shows okay reception at this point. (I'd hate to see a poor reception area.)

Had installed my U727 / CradlePoint MB1K for a couple days now. It's good to know that my 8 year old Sprint Broadband Direct planar array / cable modem is going into the want ads in a week or so. I've got all bars signal strength regardless of U727 antenna folded out or not. System search and connect is fast and reliable. Speedtest.net showed 1355 down and 410 up speeds yesterday when U727 plugged directly into MB1K router. I run my Motorola VT1005 Vonage VoIP terminal through the router with nice and loud voice quality now.

Verizon needs to turn it up a notch. Coverage is spotty and weak out here on the western edge. Nearest tower appears to be 4 miles away down by Silverbell near Grant

Spent 4 hours at this location, never got any reception while the guy across from me with a Verizon phone was making and receiving calls the entire time. Also there is no or very little reception in this entire area of town. This is a commercial area, also lots of doctor offices... there is no excuse for this! Another bad area is Ajo, Valencia and further South along the I-19. No reception there either.

I hate Verizon for the lack of cell phone choices and cost of plans, but the coverage is excellent. Verizon has reception in places other carriers don't. I'm always in 5 bar territory no matter where I am in Tucson.
