reception is good, customer service is very poor. I have a phone and I want to change plans. I was told I have to disconnect the phone I have and reactivate it with another plan for 70.00! They are crazy! I am looking into another provider

Two bars at best, very poor reception overall in Tucson. No 4G service that they claim!

I have had Sprint as my carrier for years without any reception issues until now. I bought an iPhone 4 S and in my houseI have dropped calls, 1 to 2 bars. My phone has been tested and it is not the phone it is the carrier. Frustrating.

High frustration... low reception. Sprint service is pathetic in both voice and data. I lose reception while sitting in my living room. Call quality is choppy. Data transfer is lethargic. It takes an average of 70 minutes to send a picture message with 4 lines of text. The CompuServe service on a dial up connection I had 12 years ago is lightning fast compared to Sprint's non existent 3G / 4G service. Customer service is disgusting. Don't even think of going to the Sprint store on Broadway and Craycroft. You'll get nothing but overpaid idiots to aggravate you even more. Huge disappointment. Sprint... the Excuses Network!

I have nearly no reception at home. I drop about 80% of calls even with finicky Airwave hooked up. Two other Android phone models have the same reception at my home. Reception near UMC is iffy (average / below average). Thing is that I have perfect reception in the boonies near Prescott, AZ so I know it is not the phone's fault. I don't understand how Sprint can have such poor reception in a large city. I had better reception with Verizon in Tucson in 1998.

Have lived here for 11 years and been with Sprint the whole time. Only issue I have is having to wait 2 years to upgrade my phone. My service has been what I consider good. A dropped call every once in a while but overall, good.
