Sprint

I always have reception and never drop any calls but the signal is weak and the data speeds are usually slow even when I'm on the LTE network. Our second line has an iPhone on it and reception is worse.

Not only is the reception bad, no one at Sprint sticks to anything they say. I, too, was told if I signed up for another line for 30 days my son could get a deal on his "free upgrade" phone. Suffice it to say, 9 months later I'm still paying $32 / mo. for a 5th line I never use and Sprint says, "We don't need your business." 20 years I've fought them and I'm just exhausted. I don't care how much it costs to buy out my contract as long as I can avoid these inane phone calls to Customer Dis-service!

I don't know what everyone is talking about with dropped calls. Never had one yet. Verizon is the best, hands down. I do wish it were not so expensive. Family of 4 paying almost $250 a month. Ouch! Unlike Geiko, with Verizon you do "get what you pay for".

Our reception on the ATT network is 3-4 bars in our home at all times. But we have just now started to receive excessive data charges (1 GB extra each 2 days, ridiculous) after normal billings for some years.

Have never had a problem with reception, clarity, dropped calls. Down to Green Valley, through Oro Valley, and up to Phoenix. It is expensive, and I was thinking of switching,,but after reading reviews here I am not going anywhere!

In Europe this summer, it was fantastic to have data, texting and 20 cpm calling between our 5 phones. Goodbye roaming! I would love to stick with T-Mobile. Sadly, coverage is very spotty at home in Oro Valley, with dropped calls and, worse, voice messages that arrive one week late! Wifi calling helps a little inside the house, but reception is often garbled. We switched from Verizon, which worked fine, and will be switching back very soon.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with sprint, and because of this store, I can't wait to get off my contract. We were encouraged to change our plan, and promised by the sales rep that our new plan would be post-dated and change over when our current bill cycle ended, to avoid pro-rated charges. Lo and behold, the next month I received a bill more than TWICE what we normally pay per month. After going back to the store and being told by that rep himself that the charges would be fixed and adjusted (oh did I mention they over charged EACH LINE by fifteen dollars for the monthly rate), they never were. After going back in a third time, the manager promised us that no matter what, he'd adjust the charges and told us as long as we made a payment for the difference, the account would be credited. Going home and feeling like someone in this horrible company actually did something good, we made the payment, only to receive a call the next day saying they could only reverse part of the charges and we were responsible for the difference. The manager even had the nerve to tell us, "It's really not that much money." Worst customer service, worst employees, worst management, and I will be telling everyone I know to make sure they don't sign up for sprint. The moment our contracts our up we will happily kiss this company good bye.

Been with Sprint for 18 1 / 2 years never had all the issues that plagued other users till now. Complaining, waiting on 4g in Tucson has taken it's toll. Already canceled 1 line waiting on the others to mature so when I leave it won't hurt as much. Yeah Data is unlimited but I need my calls due to my job with the State. I'm also a share holder which really hurts seeing how I've passed so many Ideals to the company and got Nextel instead of buying signal Band width which is WHAT THEY NEED! Now buying T-Mobile another BAD Ideal. Lost seems to fit this company now.

Network Is good, I can stream music as I drive almost anywhere even on Hwy. 77 well north of Oracle, Az. Overall, the coverage is great even out in the middle of nowhere.

Metro PCS Runs off T-mobile's network. I paid for my phone and first month of service. Immediately I started having problems. Customer service was full of rude ignorant people and 5 days later I tried to return the phone after customer service said I could as long as it was within 7 days and I was under 100minutes of usage. The store said no, its is up to 60minutes of usage. I had gone over the 60minutes and they refused to return the phone and return the money I paid for the month even though they saw almost all of my usage was to customer service. TOTAL RIP OFF! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OF TIME!
