Terrible service, absolutely terrible. Have never lived anywhere in the US where coverage is so poor and then spotty at best. I'll leave my house, drive a mile and a half south and then get all kinds of alerts for emails, texts and most importantly voicemails. AT&T needs to step up to the plate and provide the quality of coverage / service I pay for (dearly) every month. My backyard backs up to a wash (my property). Come build a tower there. All the health warnings are nonsense. Just make sure it looks like a century plant or a suguaro!
Finally! I began getting a better signal since last summer. Also has to do with phone. I had a Tilt before and only average about 1-2 bars. I'll tried the Tilt recently and still 1-2 bars. So try using different phones to achieve a better signal in this area.
I live in an apartment complex and depending on the day, I am / am not able to receive service to my phone. On bad days, I have to leave my apt, walk around the complex until I am able to receive a decent signal. I also run into many dead zones around the Tucson metro area. I'm not talking about the middle of nowhere locations, I'm talking about downtown / middle of Tucson. My contract is finally up next month... looking for a new carrier! :)
i have been with Sprint for 11 years and in tucson for 6 years... I used to have problems around marana hs but no longer. I get good reception everywhere. but I was trying to find another carrier to see if they have any good deals on their models of phones... but given their ratings on this site I think I will stay with sprint. thanks but no thanks.
